The Community
Who we are and why we do this.
Not a Business. A Community.
Fab Rides started as a way to share the trails, crags, and mountains I love with others. Over time, it evolved—first into a guided tour operation, then back to its essence: a community of people who believe that authentic relationships are forged through shared adventure.
There are no clients here. No customers. No transactions. Just fellow adventurers who show up, contribute, and discover what happens when you step outside your comfort zone together.
What We Value
Partnerships Over Transactions
Every ride, every climb, every adventure is an act of mutual contribution. You bring something. I bring something. We all leave richer than we arrived. This isn’t a service—it’s a partnership.
Embedding Over Advising
I’m not a guide standing apart from the group. I’m a fellow learner, working on my own climbing progression, pursuing my Mountain Leader qualification, figuring things out alongside everyone else. “I’m learning this with you” is more powerful than “let me show you how.”
Adventure Over Comfort
Growth happens at the edge of comfort, not in the middle of it. This doesn’t mean recklessness—it means consistently choosing challenge over convenience, the unknown over the predictable. The adventure starts at home, with a Saturday morning ride or a Sunday walk with the family.
About Fab

I’m Fabrizio—Fab to everyone on the trails. Based in Winchester with my partner Michela and our daughters Amelie and Miky. I’ve been riding, climbing, and skiing for over two decades, but the real joy isn’t in personal achievements—it’s in sharing these experiences with others.
Currently I’m working toward my International Mountain Leader qualification, progressing my rock climbing (targeting 7b onsight), and building a base in Valtellina for Alpine adventures. When I’m not outdoors, I work on partnerships architecture—helping organisations build generative relationships rather than extractive ones.
The principles I apply to business partnerships are the same ones that animate Fab Rides: build capacity, don’t extract value. Create shared experiences, not transactions. Embed deeply, advise sparingly.
