On the third weekend of September 2017 we were again in Marche for the Sangiovese Rides. Few fab riders from the UK enjoying the local rides and wines. We rode in the San Bartolo Natural Reserve area on Friday and Monday with Saturday along the Conca Valley and Sunday on the incredible Monte Carpegna. The beauty and variety of rides are worth several other visits.
Valtellina is a special place. There are so many natural trails to walk, run and ride.
Between Friday the 21st and Sunday the 23rd of April I was in Gabicce Mare and in the San Bartolo Area – Marche – Italy. I had a great time with the local riders and Alessandro, the owner of the outstanding Bike Hotel Marinella were I want to lead some riders In September.
Saturday the 11th and Sunday the 12th of March … in the Dolomites again… Two days of free riding in the Dolomites with Dolomitesheart.
On February the 25th and 26th of February I attended the British Cycling Mountain Bike Leadership Conference in Plas y Brenin (North Wales-Snowdonia). Two days packed with sessions and updates to learn from the trade, from other MTB guides and to improve our Rides!

My next rides in the UK (Jan, Feb and March 2017) will be: Surrey Hills (a trail linking the best part of the three hills). I will organise this ride 3 times between the end of Jan and the end of Feb Snowdonia. I have a MTB leader conference there at the end of Feb and that’s a great opportunity fro a couple of days of riding in some of the best…
Sunday the 15th of Jan I organised a freeride present to two of my best friends. Aldo and Nicola. We had two long downhill rides with a nice group of new friends. I have to give credit to Claudio and Sandro not only for the pictures and the leading support in that labyrinth of footpaths but also for their beautiful way of being. I hope we can have other rides…
